Terms of Use
What ProofMate is
ProofMate is an organizational tool that helps you keep records of your purchases, warranties and return deadlines on your iPhone. It is not a legal service, an insurance product, or a guarantee of consumer rights.
Warranty estimates
Warranty dates shown by ProofMate are estimates based on country defaults, your input and configurable rules. They are not legal advice and may not reflect the actual coverage offered by the seller, manufacturer or your local consumer protection authority. You are responsible for verifying your rights with the relevant party.
OCR accuracy
Text recognized from receipts and invoices is extracted by Apple Vision on your device. Recognition can be imperfect, especially for low-quality or non-Latin scripts. Always review and edit detected fields before relying on them.
Your data
Your purchase records, attachments and notes remain on your device. You can export, share or delete them at any time. ProofMate is not responsible for content you choose to share with third parties.
Pro features and payment
Pro unlocks (lifetime or yearly) are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds and subscription management follow Apple's policies. Lifetime purchases entitle you to Pro features on the same Apple ID.
Limitation of liability
ProofMate is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed deadlines, lost data or unsuccessful claims.
Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. The version date at the top of this page indicates the current revision.
