How do I export my data?
Open an item, tap Generate Claim Pack and then Export PDF. The PDF includes the receipt image, purchase details, warranty estimate and a disclaimer. You can also export individual attachments via the iOS share sheet.
How do I delete an item?
Long-press a card in the Vault and choose Delete, or open the item detail and tap Delete item. Deletion removes the item, its attachments and any pending reminders.
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new iPhone?
Open Settings → Restore purchases. Apple will re-verify your purchase on your Apple ID. ProofMate does not maintain its own account system.
How do I disable Face ID?
Open Settings → Face ID lock and toggle it off.
Why are my notifications not appearing?
Make sure ProofMate has notification permission in iOS Settings → Notifications → ProofMate. Reminders are scheduled locally; if permission is denied the app cannot deliver them.
Are warranty dates legally guaranteed?
No. Warranty dates shown in ProofMate are estimates based on country defaults and your inputs. Always verify your rights with the seller, manufacturer or your local consumer authority.
Does ProofMate work offline?
Yes. ProofMate stores all your data locally and runs OCR on-device. The app works without an internet connection.
